Welcome!

Picture

I am a PhD student studying in Fordham University's department of philosophy.

While my work focuses on the central movements and schools of 19th and 20th century continental philosophy, my primary areas of interest are:
  • Phenomenology (specifically the work of Merleau-Ponty, Heidegger, and Levinas)
  • Philosophy of literature
  • Philosophical aesthetics

Given my interests, my research extends into the areas of art history  (19th and 20th century European) and literary studies (19th and 20th century German and French poetry and prose).

Do take a peek at the
Fordham Francophone Philosophy Reading Group, a group a bunch of us founded in the spring of 2012!

N.B.:  All of the photography throughout is my original work.
